[/vc_column_text][vc_toggle title=”How do I set up my file?”]

Remember to design your file in CMYK at 300 or greater dpi and 100% print size. Add any specific instructions in a separate file or separate layer. And don’t forget the bleed and protection areas. Indicate die lines, hole punches, and kiss cuts on separate layers.

[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”What is a back print?”]

Back printing is black and white (grayscale) printing on the paper support that peels off of your sticker. It can be utilised for extra artwork or extra data such as your domain name or whatever data you’d like to share.

[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”What is a bleed?”]

Artwork must bleed a 1/8″ beyond the sticker size on all surfaces. The die cutting machine can shift up to 3/32″ so the bleed is ensured your stickers will still look nice when the blades shift a bit. A bleed does not include towards your final sticker size – you do not pay for a bleed because it is cut off. As an example, if your sticker size is 4″ x 4″ then the file you submit should be 4.25″ x 4.25″.

[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”What is the safety area?”]

All sticker artwork should have a 1/8″ protection area. This is the space between the sticker size shapes and the inner “live” area of your sticker. Keep all text and graphics within the live (safety) area. As an example, if your sticker size is 4″ x 4″ then any major text and graphics should be within 3.75″ x 3.75″.

[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”What is a kiss cut?”]

A kiss cut is a blade that “kisses” the surface of the vinyl and cuts through the sticker but not through the paper support. The kiss cut allows that part of the sticker to be peeled off, leaving the rest of the sticker on the paper backing. Remember when creating a kiss cut to motion it on a separate layer and to leave 1/8″ inside the kiss cut to allow for a protection area. There should also be 1/4″ between all cuts (between kiss cuts and the edge of your sticker and between multiple kiss cuts).

[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Do you offer back splitting?”]

In order to keep our weekly organisation run costs as low as possible, back splitting is currently only available as a choice for custom quotes (typically over 25,000 stickers).

[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”What is a clothing hang tag?”]

A clothing hangs tag is basically a vinyl sticker with a hole punch (for hanging on t-shirts, etc). The thick 10pt board sticker support is printable (for sizes, web addresses, etc). Often times people utilise custom shapes and/or kiss cuts to create the designs more attractive.

[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”What is a sticker business card?”]

Sticker face business cards are vinyl stickers printed on thick 10pt board sticker support. Your company information can be attached to either side. A new spin on an old classic. You can get pricing for custom sticker business cards utilising our pricing calculator. They cost the same as regular stickers — the size is up to you.

[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Are your stickers waterproof, weatherproof, and fade resistant?”]

All of our custom stickers are made of an outdoor-calibre, strong, waterproof, industrial strength vinyl with an offensive permanent adhesive. Our printed stickers have a 3-5 year effective capability against any weather. Before the stickers are cut, we attach a 100% clear gloss UV coating.

[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Do you have a standard pre-sized die we can use?”]

Due to our gang run method, a unique die must be made for each print run.

[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”We want to produce a sticker faced postcard. What is the size range and prince?”]

We can print any shapes, size sticker or postcard stickers up to 28.5″ x 19″. You can get a custom quote for different sized 4 colour sticker face postcards with B/W back print.

[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Here’s some info about Flexo vs Screen Printing”]

[/vc_column_text][vc_toggle title=”Why are your prices so damn cheap?” el_id=”1441249323552-2aa5ab55-e841″]

We keep our rates low by printing in organisation runs. We take all of the week’s orders and run them together on one sheet. This means that the film, screens, and set up fees are waived.

[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Can I split my order of 250 stickers into two designs?” el_id=”1441249314577-34114525-e239″]

No, our minimum order is for 100 stickers of a single design. Since we want to add 100 sheets per gang run, there’s no way to split orders into smaller numbers, thus the minimum order of 100.

[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Can I split my order of 500 (or more) stickers into two designs?” el_id=”1441249322910-7f024c6f-54a3″]

Not for Clear Vinyl orders of 300 stickers since that is our minimum. In all other cases, instead of placing a single order for 1,000 stickers, for instance, you would require to place two orders for 300 stickers each. Even if your art files are identical in size and shape, due to the gang run process we want to treat them as separate stickers if there are any artwork variations.

[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Is there a price difference for 2 Color vs 4 Color?” el_id=”1441264499514-2bfcd8af-014b”]

No, there is no cost variation. The reason we can offer such a good price is that we print 4 colour CMYK organisation runs, so there’s no difference if your design uses 1 colour or 10 colours.

[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Could you send me some samples?” el_id=”1441264502871-8a51ca8d-bca3″]

Yes, easly Order Samples and we’ll mail you some of our stickers as soon as poss.

[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Can I see a prototype / sample/ printed proof of my sticker before production?”]

Unfortunately, with a silkscreen press, you cannot print one-off examples. Since we create a custom product with many days of setup (multiple films, multiple screens, and dozens of different sticker files per gang run), we aren’t able to provide physical proofs of your stickers before we print them. We can, however, produce a digital PDF proof of what your sticker will look like, just add a request in the “Comments” field when you place an order.
